key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Manage onboarding and induction of new employees
- Coordinate payroll processing and attendance management
- Handle employee grievances, queries, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Organize training and development programs for employees
- Conduct performance appraisal and support evaluation processes
- Maintain workplace discipline and employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for management
- Support in policy creation and implementation
- Assist in exit formalities, including resignation and full & final settlement
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
