Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electronic Assembly Technician to join our Production Department. The candidate will be responsible for wiring harness assembly, soldering, electronic component assembly, and ensuring high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform wiring harness assembly as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Carry out soldering and de-soldering of electronic components, connectors, PCBs, and cables.
- Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical products according to production requirements.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
- Conduct visual inspections and basic testing to ensure product quality.
- Maintain production records and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Troubleshoot assembly-related issues and support production targets.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in wiring harness manufacturing and assembly.
- Hands-on expertise in soldering electronic components and cable assemblies.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and assembly drawings.
- Familiarity with hand tools, crimping tools, multimeters, and testing equipment.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control practices.
- Good attention to detail and workmanship standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or ITI (Electronics/Electrical) preferred.
- 4–10 years of experience in electronic assembly, wiring harness, or production environments.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, defense, telecom, automotive, or industrial products will be an advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
