Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
- Share quotations, service details, and project information
- Conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads
- Support client onboarding and coordination with internal teams

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales and customer engagement
- Ability to build trust and close conversations effectively
