Job Title: Stock Executive

Industry: Stone Manufacturing / Natural Stone / Engineered Stone
Job Summary
We are looking for a Stock Executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the stone manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock records, coordinating with production and dispatch teams, and ensuring accurate stock reconciliation of raw materials and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
- Monitor daily stock movements and update inventory records in ERP/software.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
- Prepare stock reports, MIS reports, and inventory analysis.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of slabs, tiles, and other stone products.
- Track inward and outward material movements.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies and losses.
- Support annual and periodic inventory audits.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Stock Executive/Inventory Executive in the stone manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of stone slabs, quartz, marble, granite, or engineered stone products.
- Experience in warehouse and inventory operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
