Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end stores operations including material receipt, inspection coordination, binning, storage, issuing, dispatch planning, and stock transfers.
- Ensure accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and timely system updates.
- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials and consumables for production.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, transport, and planning teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Lead and supervise stores staff, allocate work, monitor productivity, and maintain discipline.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and statutory requirements across the stores area.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on stock, receipts, issues, and ageing inventory.
- Handle audits, documentation, vendor coordination, and issue resolution related to stores operations.
- Drive process improvements to optimize space utilization, material traceability, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, commerce, or a related field.
- 8 years of relevant stores or inventory management experience,
- Experience handling raw materials, inventory control, material issue processes, dispatch coordination, and ERP systems, with strong dispatch experience.
- Good understanding of stores KPIs, stock control practices, and audit requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stores layout, and material storage practices.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong dispatch management experience, including shipment coordination, documentation, and on-time dispatch execution.
- Problem-solving, planning, and coordination abilities.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Focus on safety, quality, process discipline, and stock accuracy.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
