Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the garment store/production unit.
- Manage staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product availability.
- Coordinate purchasing, merchandising, and stock replenishment.
- Track sales performance and achieve business targets.
- Maintain store appearance, product displays, and cleanliness.
- Prepare reports on sales, stock, and staff performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
