Job Description:
Universal Builders & Developers is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential building construction and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Honesty and Integrity are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Site Supervision: To handle 4- 5 projects independently and conduct regular site meeting with respective Site Engineer, inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Ø Collaboration: Work closely with Management Team / Project Manager / Planning Engineer, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Ø Technical Support: To follow Company’s process and methodology and support to the construction team, resolving any issues that arise on-site.
Ø Documentation: To Monitor Wheater the Site Engineer to maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, material usage, and labour attendance.
Ø Quality Control: To Monitor Wheater the Site Engineer to maintain the quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
Ø Safety Management: To Monitor Wheater the Site Engineer to maintain PPE kid at site by enforcing safety regulations and conducting safety training sessions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
