Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will bridge the gap between incoming sales opportunities and ground-level marketing execution. You will handle inbound inquiries, support major offline events, coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, and actively drive new business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Inbound Lead Management
- Promptly handle and convert inbound business inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
2. Event & Field Coordination
- Act as a key coordinator for offline marketing activations, exhibitions, and corporate events.
3. Order & Team Liaison
- Work closely with internal teams (logistics, operations, and sales) to track and assist with existing orders.
- Ensure smooth order execution and high client satisfaction.
4. Lead Generation
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Generate fresh B2B/B2C leads to expand the sales pipeline.
5. Travel
- Comfortable traveling locally within Mumbai and occasionally outstation for client meetings, site visits, and event setups.
Candidate Requirements :
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, client servicing, or event marketing.
Location
- Must be based in Mumbai and willing to travel as per business requirements.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset to coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams.
- Confident and presentable personality suited for client-facing environments.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
