Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, D.T.Ed., B.Ed., or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Creative, patient, caring, and energetic personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging, activity-based learning sessions.
- Create a safe, caring, and positive classroom environment.
- Teach basic literacy, numeracy, phonics, and life skills.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Organize creative activities, storytelling, rhymes, games, and art & craft sessions.
- Monitor and record each child's learning progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline and cleanliness.
- Prepare teaching aids and learning materials.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, meetings, and training programs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
