About the Role
We are looking for passionate and motivated Marketing & HR Interns who are eager to gain practical experience in a startup environment. This internship provides hands-on exposure to Digital Marketing, Recruitment, HR Operations, Branding, and Business Development.
Freshers and students who are willing to learn and grow with the company are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities Marketing
- Manage social media accounts and content posting
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Generate leads through online and offline channels
- Support SEO and content marketing activities
- Create reports using Excel and Google Sheets
- Assist in branding and promotional activities
Human Resources
- Source candidates from job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Maintain recruitment and employee records
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Assist in HR documentation and reporting
- Coordinate with candidates and team members
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a startup environment
