Role Purpose
The Assistant Cluster Manager (ACM) will be responsible for driving CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, and business development activities within the assigned region. The role focuses on acquiring and managing CSR clients, developing strategic partnerships, generating funding opportunities, and supporting the achievement of regional revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new CSR funding opportunities from corporates, PSUs, foundations, and government organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR Heads, HR Leaders, CXOs, and key decision-makers.
- Manage end-to-end corporate partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Develop customized CSR proposals, presentations, concept notes, and fundraising pitches.
- Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective donors and partners.
- Achieve assigned revenue and fundraising targets for the cluster.
- Conduct regular client meetings, field visits, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal project teams for smooth execution of CSR projects.
- Track opportunities through CRM and maintain accurate partnership records.
- Represent STEM Learning at CSR forums, networking events, and industry meetings.
- Monitor market trends, CSR policies, and funding opportunities to identify new business prospects.
- Support reporting, impact presentations, and donor engagement activities.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B Sales and Business Development experience.

- Government & PSU Liaisoning (preferred).
- CRM and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field visits.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM (Marketing, Sales, Business Development) or equivalent.
- BSW/MSW candidates with relevant CSR fundraising experience may also be considered.
- 3–5+ years of experience in CSR Sales, Corporate Fundraising, B2B Sales, NGO Partnerships, or Corporate Relations.

- CSR funds raised.
- Number of new corporate partnerships acquired.
- Revenue achievement against targets.
- Proposal-to-closure conversion ratio.
- Client retention and relationship growth.
- Pipeline generation and business opportunities created.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
