We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Executive to join our insurance team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, promoting insurance products, generating leads, and assisting customers in choosing suitable insurance plans based on their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers and potential clients in assigned areas.
Generate new leads and develop customer relationships.
Explain insurance products, benefits, and policy details to customers.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Assist customers with documentation and policy processing.
Conduct follow-ups for renewals and premium collections.
Coordinate with office staff and update customer records.
Attend training sessions and sales meetings.
Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
