Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager to manage daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest experience, maintain service standards, and lead the outlet team efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service.
- Ensure SOPs and company policies are properly followed.
- Monitor opening and closing operations of the outlet.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
Team Management
- Supervise supervisors, servers, baristas, and support staff.
- Conduct team briefings and assign daily responsibilities.
- Ensure staff grooming, discipline, punctuality, and attendance.
- Train and guide team members on service standards and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with HR for hiring, onboarding, and staff management.
Inventory & Cash Handling
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with vendors and store teams for smooth inventory management.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Maintain operational cost control.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and legal compliance standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding outlet performance and challenges.
Skills Required

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/POS/Email)
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate preferred
- 2–7 years of experience in restaurant/café/hospitality operations
