Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise café floor operations including service, cleanliness, and stock levels
- Lead, guide, and support baristas and service staff during shifts
- Ensure high-quality customer service and timely handling of queries/complaints
- Monitor food & beverage preparation to maintain product standards
- Assist in staff training, shift planning, and performance management
- Maintain cash handling accuracy and daily sales reporting
- Coordinate opening and closing procedures efficiently
