Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to join our team at Aquatica, a leading name in the hospitality and water park industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations including phone calls, emails, and guest queries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, and guest information accurately.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times.
- Assist in administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and front desk software (training can be provided if needed).
- Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred.
