Job Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a wide range of North Indian dishes, such as curries, tandoori items, breads, and biryanis.
- Quality & Consistency: Ensure all dishes meet high standards for taste, presentation, and ingredient quality.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory, stock rotation, food storage, and portion control.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen, following all relevant regulations.
- Menu Development: Potentially contribute to menu planning, developing new recipes, and adapting existing ones to enhance the offerings.
- Staff Training: Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques, recipes, food safety, and presentation.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and effectively operate kitchen equipment, including specialized tools like tandoors and grills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
