We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management
- Supervise daily interior construction and fit-out activities at site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling contractors, and other agencies.
Quality Control
- Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, consultants, and clients.
- Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
- Maintain effective communication between site teams and office staff.
Project Monitoring
- Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Monitor material consumption and report shortages or wastage.
- Verify measurements and quantities executed at site.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and progress records.
- Prepare work completion reports and snag lists.
- Assist in project handover and closure activities.
Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and maintain a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, residential, commercial, hospitality, or healthcare projects.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.
