Job Title: Career Counsellor
Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Viman Nagar)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Freshers only.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students in making informed career and learning decisions.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.
- Conduct counselling sessions through phone and virtual meetings.
- Explain program features, benefits, and career outcomes to prospective learners.
- Manage the complete admission and enrolment process for assigned leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective learners.
- Achieve assigned enrolment and revenue targets while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
- Provide regular feedback on lead quality and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed ( Final year are also fine)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Marathi is required.
- Proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in sales, counselling, customer service, or EdTech will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Compensation
- Internship Period: ₹20,000 per month for the initial 2 months.
- Post-Training Compensation: ₹3.6 LPA Fixed Salary plus performance-based incentives.
