We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Academic Counselor to join our EdTech platform. The role involves counseling prospective students and parents, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them toward suitable SSLC, Plus Two, and Degree programs. This position requires a strong sales mindset with a passion for education and student success.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about academic programs
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital platforms
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups
- Explain course features, benefits, pricing, and career outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive counseling experience
- Stay updated on educational programs, admission processes, and market trends
