Role Overview:
The Site Lead will be accountable for ensuring operational excellence at the Client site in Mumbai, delivering all contractual obligations. This includes compliance with KPIs/SLAs, statutory requirements, stakeholder engagement, and continuous service improvement for all hard and soft facility management services.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact for the Client; proactively build relationships with client stakeholders, attend governance meetings (MMR/QBR), and ensure timely issue resolution and escalation as per the defined matrix.
Oversee all service lines - technical and soft services including transport. Ensure all services are delivered per contractual SLAs/KPIs and compliance checklists.
Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory regulations and maintain up-to-date documentation for all staff.
Review and implement SOPs and PPMs as per the SOW for technical and soft services; ensure documentation, logbooks, trackers, and all compliance records are updated and accessible for audits.
Manage a diverse team (on-role and outsourced); oversee background checks, discipline, and scheduled training as per the site calendar. Foster a high-engagement, safety-first culture and ensure resource deployment meets the contract.
Administer all third-party contract services (AMC, F&B, transport, specialized services) as a managing agent, maintaining strict compliance, quality benchmarks, timely contract renewals, and reporting of SLAs.
Ensure error-free MIS, SLA/scorecard, and financial reporting to client as per specified timelines.
Conduct timely stakeholder engagement, feedback gathering, and service review meetings. Ensure cleanliness, hospitality standards, event, meeting, and common area management meet evolving business expectations.
Propose and implement technology, sustainability, or process innovations in line with the Client’s expectations.
Ensure business continuity/emergency preparedness with 100% adherence to plans and no major deviation in safety compliance.
Track performance on daily/weekly/monthly basis, drive closure of action points, conduct root cause analyses for escalations/incidents, and ensure lessons learned are documented and communicated.
Required Experience & Skills:
Diploma/degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engg. or Hospitality/Facilities discipline.
At least 8 years’ experience in the integrated facilities management of corporate/commercial campuses.
Demonstrated success in managing teams across technical and soft services, including compliance, audit, financials, procurement, and large-scale team leadership.
Experience with statutory and regulatory compliance.
Skilled in digital platforms (preferred), MS Office, incident reporting, and MIS.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a rigor for process, quality, and innovation.
