Role Overview
We are seeking a Principal ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture, development, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires a strong mix of architecture expertise and hands-on development experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterprise platforms.
- Develop using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
- Strong experience with ITSM and at least one module such as CSM/HRSD.
- Design integrations using REST/SOAP, Webhooks, and OAuth.
- Work with Now Assist/GenAI, Performance Analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills
- 10–15 years of IT experience with 4+ years as a ServiceNow Lead Developer/Architect.
- CSA and CAD certifications.
- Minimum 2 CIS certifications in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or related areas.
- Strong ServiceNow architecture, integration, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Good to Have: CTA/CMA certification, AI-driven workflows, digital transformation, and Agile/Scrum experience.

Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
