Global Talent Management Lead
NCR Voyix is seeking a Global Talent Management Lead to advance the global execution of our talent management agenda. This role will play a critical part in shaping a high-performance, people-first culture by leading enterprise talent programs, influencing senior stakeholders, and embedding scalable, data-driven talent practices across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and execution-focused leader who can operate at both the enterprise and operational levels—designing impactful solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery. This role is well-suited for a talent leader who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about elevating leadership capability and accelerating organizational performance.
Partner on the evolution and execution of NCR Voyix’s global talent management strategy, including performance management, employee listening, and talent review frameworks.
Facilitate and elevate executive-level talent reviews and succession planning discussions, providing actionable insights, forward-looking talent strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
Define and implement scalable talent processes, tools, and frameworks, continuously improving effectiveness, efficiency, and global consistency.
Drive change management and adoption of talent initiatives, ensuring strong engagement, communication, and sustained behavioral impact.
Build strong cross-functional relationships across NCR Voyix, role-modeling company values, and fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous development.
Proven experience designing and leading enterprise-scale talent programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and talent reviews.
