About the Role
Celestile is looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRM) to support both Inside Sales and Post-Sales Customer Relationship Management at our luxury interior design showroom. The ideal candidate will manage customer enquiries, coordinate order execution, build long-term customer relationships, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and showroom walk-ins.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales enquiries to support showroom sales.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Interior Design, Operations, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and project execution.
- Manage post-sales activities, including order updates, delivery schedules, installation coordination, service requests, and customer feedback.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up activities, and sales updates in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily follow-up reports, MIS reports, and customer service reports.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Inside Sales, Customer Support, Client Coordination, or Post-Sales Operations.
- Experience in Retail Showrooms, Interior Design, Home Décor, Furniture, Natural Stone, Tiles, Building Materials, Modular Kitchens, or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.

Work Location
