The scope of work will include:
- Daily checking of all CCTV cameras and ensuring that all cameras are operational and recording properly.
- Monitoring CCTV health status and reporting any issues immediately.
- On-site installation activities whenever required.
- Coordination and processing of warranty replacement cases through customer care/OEM support.
- Installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of telephone systems.
- Installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of printers.
- Inventory and IT asset management, including proper tracking and record maintenance.
- Maintaining service logs, asset records, and AMC documentation.
- Preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Managing service requests and ensuring timely resolution.
- Preventive maintenance and regular health checks of all assigned devices and systems.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
