Job Summary

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the Treasury Analyst has the critical role of supporting daily treasury operations at Porch Group. This role will assist with cash management, banking administration, corporate card program support, payment operations, and treasury-related projects while partnering closely with Accounting, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders. The position will also support banking activities for Porch's India operations.
What You Will Do As A Treasury Analyst
- Support daily treasury operations across Porch Group and its business units.
- Monitor bank account activity and identify unusual transactions, unauthorized debits, or other exceptions requiring investigation.
- Assist with daily cash positioning and cash management activities.
- Support domestic and international wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other payment activities.
- Assist with bank account reconciliations and investigation of outstanding items.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual treasury reporting requirements.
- Assist with bank account openings, closures, signer changes, and ongoing account maintenance.
- Maintain banking records, account documentation, and online banking user access.
- Serve as a key support resource for Porch’s India banking operations and local banking relationships.
- Support administration of the company’s corporate card program, including cardholder onboarding, account maintenance, training coordination, and policy compliance.
- Partner with Accounts Payable to help resolve payment exceptions and process-related issues.
- Work closely with Accounting, Finance, and business stakeholders to resolve treasury-related inquiries.
- Support treasury technology initiatives, process improvements, and automation projects.
- Assist with audit requests, internal controls, and compliance activities.
Perform other treasury-related duties and special projects as assigned.

What You Will Bring As A Treasury Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Accounts Payable, or related functions.
- Experience supporting cash management, payment processing, or banking operations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment.
- Experience with NetSuite, Concur, Workday, banking platforms, or treasury systems is a plus.
- Experience supporting multinational organizations or international banking activities is a plus.
- Proven experience working with US based business teams.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English language.
- Working Hours: 8 Hours (Excluding breaks)
4 Core US Hours Overlap (7:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST)
4 Flexible Hours (IST)

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member
Pay Range: ₹1,068,800 – ₹1,496,300 INR annually
