Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening: Review incoming resumes and application forms, then run initial phone or video interviews.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews and share feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
- Offers: Handle job offers, salary negotiations, and compensation details.
- Tracking: Keep candidate records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Branding: Promote the company culture at job fairs and online to attract top talent.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
