Job Summary
Asset Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in residential projects and a passion for interior design and detailing.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in handling residential building projects.
Strong interest and practical knowledge in interior design and finishing details.
Proficiency in architectural software, including:
AutoCAD
SketchUp
Rendering software (such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar)
Ability to prepare architectural drawings, coordinate with project teams, and ensure quality in design execution.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Prepare and develop architectural designs and drawings for residential projects.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams during project execution.
Develop interior layouts and finishing details.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Review drawings and provide technical support during construction.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
