Position Overview: As an Analyst at EIVA, you will play a pivotal role in our investment banking team. You will work on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital deals and structured finance transactions. This role is ideal for an individual who is highly motivated and wants to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by mapping industries, actively prospecting potential clients, conducting market research, and arranging meetings with different promoters.
- Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis, including cash flow modelling, DCF analysis, and comparable company analysis, to support investment decisions and recommendations.
- Presentations: Assist in delivering high-impact presentations to clients, investors, and internal stakeholders
- Industry Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and team members.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and accounting professionals, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience in investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; Advanced degree preferred.
