As a Lead Associate - Marketplace with 5.0-7.0 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the marketplace segment. Your primary responsibilities will involve coordinating with various teams to drive marketplace growth, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, and ensuring the overall success of the marketplace platform.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team to effectively manage the marketplace segment.
Develop strategies and initiatives to drive marketplace growth and increase revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and operations to execute marketplace plans.
Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and performance of the marketplace platform.
Implement best practices for maintaining a competitive and successful marketplace ecosystem.
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to inform marketplace strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners and vendors.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, regulations, and standards.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketplace performance and initiatives.
Continuously optimize and enhance the user experience on the marketplace platform.
