Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and configuration management within product lifecycle environments.
- Ability to analyze complex software requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of software components and third-party tools to enhance system capabilities.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system stability and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
