Role Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Manager who can convert qualified wedding leads into confirmed event bookings. The ideal candidate should be an excellent relationship builder, skilled negotiator, and confident closer who can guide couples and families through their wedding planning journey while consistently achieving sales targets.This is a field-intensive role requiring client meetings, venue visits, networking, and occasional event-day coordination.
KRA: Task / Activities
Lead Conversion & Sales
- Attend and qualify inbound leads from advertisements, referrals, and organic enquiries.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand wedding requirements.
- Present event concepts, decoration themes, and service offerings professionally.
- Prepare quotations and customized proposals.
- Handle objections and negotiate pricing while protecting profitability.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed events and collect advance payments.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong rapport with brides, grooms, and families.
- Ensure seamless communication throughout the sales journey.
- Follow up consistently until closure.
- Maintain CRM records and lead status updates.
Event Coordination Support
- Conduct venue visits when required.
- Coordinate with operations and design teams for smooth handover after booking.
- Participate in important event-day activities when needed.
Business Development
- Develop relationships with wedding halls, caterers, photographers, jewellery stores, and referral partners.
- Generate referrals and networking opportunities.
- Support brand visibility and lead generation initiatives.
