Role Overview:
Wonder Kidz – The Futuristic School is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to build a strong digital presence, generate quality admissions leads, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should understand the education sector and create engaging campaigns that connect with parents and young families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute result-oriented digital marketing campaigns to drive admissions and brand awareness.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with engaging and child-friendly content such as posts, reels, and stories.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads) focusing on lead generation and conversions.
- Develop content strategies highlighting school activities, events, student achievements, and unique offerings.
- Improve website visibility through SEO strategies and ensure updated, relevant content.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to improve ROI.
- Manage online listings, reviews, and brand reputation across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for photoshoots, events, and content creation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, especially in the education sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong content creation skills with a creative and storytelling approach.
- Understanding of parent psychology and education marketing is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
