We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in technology-related sales. The candidate must be capable of handling high-ticket sales and closing deals independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Handle end-to-end sales process including lead conversion and deal closure
- Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in technology / IT / software sales
- Strong high-ticket closing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
- Attractive commission on sales (performance-based)
