Position: International Voice & Chat Support Executive
Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC

- Rotational Week Offs
- Both-side cab facility available within service radius
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate & Undergraduate candidates can apply
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required
- Excellent communication skills (B2 Level Preferred)
- Typing Speed: 40 WPM
- Accuracy: 95%
- Comfortable with rotational shifts & fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via Voice & Chat professionally
- Provide quick and accurate resolutions
- Deliver excellent customer experience and satisfaction
- Manage multiple chats simultaneously
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
