Property Search for New Centers
Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable properties in Gorakhpur for opening new healthcare/cancer care centers.
- Visit and evaluate locations based on accessibility, visibility, patient footfall, nearby hospitals/clinics, parking, space, rent, and infrastructure suitability.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and local contacts.
- Prepare property comparison reports with rent, area, location advantages, concerns, and photos/videos.
Local Hiring & Candidate Sourcing
- Search and shortlist candidates for expansion, sales, field sales, patient counseling, operations, and support roles.
- Connect with local job portals, consultants, colleges, hospitals, and references to build a hiring pipeline.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates and coordinate interviews with the central team.
- Maintain candidate data with contact number, experience, expected salary, notice period, and interview status.
Sales & Market Expansion Support
- Identify potential doctor referral sources, clinics, diagnostic centers, hospitals, and local healthcare networks.
- Support initial field visits and market mapping for sales expansion.
- Help build a local database of doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, NGOs, and community influencers.
- Coordinate with the central sales/BD team for launch planning and ground-level execution.
Local Coordination & Reporting
- Act as the local point of contact for Gorakhpur expansion activities.
- Share daily updates on properties visited, candidates sourced, market findings, and pending follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records, photos, videos, vendor details, broker details, and candidate trackers.
- Ensure fast execution and timely follow-up with all local stakeholders.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
