Job Summary
Shree Shyam Fire Systems is looking for a proactive and experienced Project Incharge (Civil & MEP) to oversee the execution and supervision of Civil and MEP works at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, manpower, materials, subcontractors, quality, safety, and project progress while ensuring timely completion of work as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and execute all Civil and MEP works as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedule.
Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely completion of the project.
Manage site engineers, supervisors, manpower, and subcontractors for efficient execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors.
Review BOQ, verify quantities, and monitor material consumption to minimize wastage.
Plan and monitor material requirements and maintain proper inventory records.
Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed at the project site.
Resolve technical and execution-related issues promptly.
Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and maintain project documentation.
Coordinate inspections, testing, and successful handover of completed work.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience
3–4 years of experience in Civil & MEP project execution at industrial, commercial, or construction project sites.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
