Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong experience in designing and implementing IT operations management solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to event management and system integrations.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to optimize workflows and enhance system performance.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and modern software frameworks.
- Capability to analyze system data and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
