About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to manage both Talent acquisition (70%) and HR operations (30%). The ideal candidate will have the maturity to align HR strategies with business needs, handle complex people-related issues, and ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
HR Operations
- Oversee day-to-day HR functions including attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and processes ensuring alignment with labor laws.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (joining, confirmations, transfers, exits).
- Ensure accurate HR documentation and MIS reporting.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in recruitment and HR operations.
- Sound knowledge of HR compliance and statutory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maturity in handling sensitive employee relations issues.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools.
