Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead finance and accounts for our group of companies. This is a hands-on, independent role reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will be the first finance leader at the group level — building systems, owning compliance, and driving financial clarity across all entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts and financial reporting for multiple group companies
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and all statutory compliance
- Prepare MIS reports and cash flow statements for MD review
- Oversee project-level cost accounting for ongoing real estate projects
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and legal teams
- Set up and strengthen internal finance processes and controls
What We Are Looking For
- CA (ICAI) with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure preferred
- Strong knowledge of GST, direct tax, and Ind AS / IGAAP
- Comfortable working independently — no large team support initially
- Confident communicating directly with senior management
- Ambitious, ownership-driven, and hungry to grow with the business
