We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Visa Counsellor to assist clients with visa and immigration-related services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counselling clients, conducting follow-up calls, and guiding applicants throughout the visa application process. Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to leads generated through marketing campaigns and online platforms.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with interested clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Counsel clients regarding Student, Visitor, Dependent, Work, and Immigration visa options.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways.
- Explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application procedures.
- Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa application documents.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and application status in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Previous experience in visa counselling, telecalling, sales, customer service, or education consulting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling phone calls and client consultations.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling Australia, UK, Canada, Europe, or New Zealand visa applications.
- Strong sales and conversion skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases efficiently.
