Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Finance who will be responsible for overseeing the organisation’s financial operations, accounting, reporting, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and financial controls. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with strong hands-on experience in finance and accounting, preferably with experience managing a multi-business or growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS, and management reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and variance analysis.
- Monitor P&L, working capital, receivables, payables, and cash positions.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
- Establish and strengthen financial controls, accounting processes, and SOPs.
- Review accounting entries, reconciliations, provisions, depreciation, and other financial adjustments.
- Provide management with financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved profitability.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, vendors, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
- Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Support management in financial planning, business expansion, investment decisions, and financial risk management.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and Financial Reporting
- Excellent understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance

Eligibility
- CA Qualified – Mandatory
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
- Strong experience in handling end-to-end finance functions
- Candidates with experience in multi-unit, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, real estate, or diversified business groups will be preferred.
- Should have strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
Pay: Up to ₹160,000.00 per month
