Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical assembly and integration of simulator components as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Carry out fitting, drilling, tapping, fastening, alignment, and installation of mechanical assemblies.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly diagrams, and technical instructions.
- Coordinate with vendors for material procurement and follow up on deliveries.
- Manage inventory of tools, consumables, spares, and production materials.
- Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and safe usage of workshop tools and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of material consumption, stock levels, and procurement requirements.
- Implement and maintain 7S workplace standards to ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
- Identify assembly issues and work with the engineering team to resolve them.
- Assist in prototype development, testing, and installation activities when required.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and company processes.
Required Qualifications
- ITI qualification in Fitter, Mechanical, Turner, Machinist, Production, or equivalent trade.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing (Freshers with excellent practical skills may also be considered).
- Good understanding of mechanical components, fasteners, bearings, sheet metal, and fabrication practices.
- Experience in vendor coordination and material procurement.
- Knowledge of inventory management for tools, spares, and consumables.
- Working knowledge of 7S workplace management standards.
- Ability to use common workshop tools, measuring instruments, and power tools.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and email) for maintaining records.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in electromechanical assembly.
- Knowledge of quality inspection practices and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
