Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and groom the artificial turf or natural grass surfaces daily.
Manage booking schedules, customer check-ins, and slot allocations.
Handle daily cash/digital payments and maintain basic accounting logs.
Oversee facility upkeep including lighting systems, safety nets, and player amenities.
Manage local staff (cleaners, security, ball boys).
Presfer to handle early morning and late night booking.
Requirements:
Previous experience managing sports turfs, turf maintenance, or gym facilities is preferred.
Fluency in Tamil is mandatory (for managing local staff and players); basic English/Hindi is a plus.
Strong communication skills and basic smartphone/computer literacy for handling booking apps
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
