Job Description:
We are looking for a Service Coordination Associate to support day-to-day coordination and client communication activities within the organization. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage information, assist team members, and ensure smooth workflow between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general inquiries from clients through phone, email, or direct interaction.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and service-related information.
- Assist team members with routine coordination and follow-up activities.
- Ensure information is accurately updated in internal systems.
- Support the team in scheduling meetings and maintaining communication updates.
- Help maintain proper documentation and office records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,804.46 per month
