- Greet customers and understand vehicle/service concerns.
- Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate job cards.
- Explain service recommendations, repair estimates, costs, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and repair.
- Update customers on service progress and obtain approvals for additional repairs.
- Ensure warranty and service documentation is completed accurately.
- Deliver vehicles after explaining the work carried out and invoice details.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Achieve customer satisfaction (CSI) and maintain high service quality standards.
- Promote preventive maintenance, accessories, and value-added services.
- Maintain service records and follow dealership SOPs.
- Coordinate with spare parts and warranty teams for smooth service operations.
