Job Description:
We are looking for a Purchase Telecaller to make calls to suppliers, collect price details, follow up on orders, and support the purchase team. The ideal candidate should be polite, organized, and good at communication.
Responsibilities:
- Call suppliers for pricing, availability, and quotations
- Follow up on purchase orders and delivery status
- Maintain records of supplier details and order updates
- Coordinate with the purchase team for requirements
- Ensure timely communication and accurate information
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel preferred)
- Ability to manage calls and follow up properly
- Experience in purchase or telecalling is a plus.
