About the Role
Haan Academy is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers to join our remote team. Your main responsibility will be to contact leads provided by the company, explain our online courses, answer their questions, and guide them through the admission process.
Responsibilities
- Call leads provided by the company
- Explain Haan Academy's online courses and fees
- Follow up with interested students
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Update call details in the CRM
- Maintain a professional and friendly conversation with prospective students
Requirements
- Fluent in Malayalam
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently from home
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome
