TSI – OEM & Panel Builder
Branch Manager & Regional Vertical Head
Job Title: TSI - OEM & Panel Builders
As a TSI at Polycab, you will be the face of our industrial electrical solutions. You’ll focus on growing our footprint with OEM & Panel Builders. Your goal is to move beyond just "Selling cables & Cabling solution" to providing complete technical solutions that help our customers build better machines and systems.
What You’ll Do
- Grow the Market: Create and follow a plan to find new customers and increase sales in your specific location and nearby areas.
- Be the Expert: Know Polycab products (Cables, Accessories & Harnesses) inside and out so you can explain their technical benefits to Customers.
- Build Relationships: Regularly meet with OEMs & Panel Builders to understand their needs and keep Polycab as their top choice.
- Cross-Sell: Work with existing customers to introduce them to the Dowells range of accessories & cable harnesses to convert Business.
- Support Dealers: Help our distributors and dealers follow the right procedures to keep the business running smoothly.
- Network: Represent Polycab at industry association meetings to find new leads & promote our Product in the relevant Segment.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical (EEE/ECE/EIE) Engg or relevant Engg.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in electrical sales (Cables, Switchgear, or Automation). Experience with industries like Automotive, Textiles, or Machine Tools, Automation, Panel Builder Etc is a huge plus.
- Communication: You can present technical ideas clearly & listen to customer problems to find the right value-based solution.
- Adaptability: You are organized, analytical, and ready to embrace new sales strategies and market changes.
- Mobility: This is a field role; you should be comfortable traveling about 80% of the time within your territory.
