Job Summary
The Jewellery Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring smooth day-to-day retail operations. The role involves assisting customers, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and maintaining an attractive store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
- Process billing, cash, digital payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
