Initiate and manage outbound calls to B2B partners and prospective clients to introduce company services.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients/partners and the internal team.
- Clearly communicate company offerings, services, and value proposition to potential and existing partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, upcoming clients, and B2B partners through regular follow-ups.
- Collect, record, and analyze client feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction. • Share company profiles, presentations, and relevant documents with clients and partners.
- Ensure timely updates of all interactions, leads, and client data in the CRM system/app.
- Track lead progress and maintain accurate records of conversations and meetings.
- Coordinate internally with sales/design teams for smooth client handling.
- Provide regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and conversion status.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
